Cookies & Security
Our website uses no cookies for tracking or advertising. On your first visit a short note tells you about cookies, and pressing OK on it sets one cookie that remembers this for 180 days. When you sign in to the learner system or the staff side, we set one cookie that keeps you signed in; it is deleted when you sign out or after 14 days. While you type your sign in code, a second cookie holds your place for five minutes. These cookies hold a random code and no personal details, and the website cannot work without them. Our website is protected by Cloudflare, which sets one cookie of its own, lasting up to a year, only when it checks that a visitor is a person. We may however use your IP address information (the unique identifier associated with your server) to administer our website. We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure.
In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
Information you provide

We may also periodically send promotional emails about new products, special offers or other information which we think you may find interesting using the email address which you have provided.
From time to time, we may use your information to contact you by by email, phone or mail for market research purposes. We may also use your data for the purposes of advertising, marketing and public relation.
Chat on WhatsApp
Our pages have a Chat on WhatsApp button. Nothing is loaded from WhatsApp until you tap it. Tapping it opens WhatsApp, a service run by Meta, with a short message about the page ready for you to send; nothing is sent until you send it.
Messages you send us on WhatsApp are handled under WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy. We count how many times the button is tapped, with no cookies and nothing that identifies you.
Control of your data
You may choose to restrict the collection or use of your personal information at any time by writing to us at:[email protected], or contacting us.
We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so. If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect, please write to or email us as soon as possible, and we will correct this.
All data collected will be entered onto our database and be kept securely. If you do not want us to use your data in this way, please email us.
By using this website, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data in the manner set out above. You have the right to ask us not to process your personal data for marketing purposes. You can exercise your right to prevent such processing at any time by emailing us at [email protected]
