SSSTS or SMSTS?
The two are similar courses, but SMSTS goes into much deeper detail: it is designed for managers, to implement safety systems in the workplace. SSSTS gives supervisors the skills they need to make sure those systems are followed.
How long they last
SSSTS is 2 full days and SMSTS is 5 full days. Both are taught live online on Zoom or Microsoft Teams.
How long the certificate lasts
The certificate is valid for 5 years. You will need to take the SSSTS or SMSTS refresher course before it expires.
Paying
Pay a deposit to secure your place. The full fee must be paid before the course starts. Prices are shown including VAT, with the price before VAT beside it.
