Each of these is the Level 2 NVQ Certificate in Plant Operations (Construction) for one kind of plant: a nationally recognised proof of competence for people who operate that plant on construction sites.
Plant we assess
No courses here are listed at Level 7 yet. See every course.
How they are assessed
You produce a portfolio of evidence showing that you have achieved all the learning outcomes and assessment criteria for each unit. Evidence can include assignments, projects and reports, candidate test papers, worksheets and a record of oral and written questioning.
Awarding body and CPCS card
These NVQs are awarded by ProQual. Each usually supports a blue CPCS card: the NVQ is one of the prerequisites for a CPCS card. Card requirements can change; we confirm yours when we check your eligibility.
Starting and paying
There are no formal entry requirements. ASQSL carries out an initial assessment of your skills and knowledge to find any gaps and plan the assessment.
You can pay in two parts: half when you register, and the other half when your certificate is ready for collection. You can also pay in full at the start. Prices are shown including VAT, with the price before VAT beside it.
